CONSUMER PROMOTION
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ARCHIE ROSE
This promotion commences on 1 April 2021 at 8am AEST and concludes on 30 April 2021 at 11:59 PM AEST (Promotion Period).
Four winners will receive two 2x flower workshop tickets from Fig & Bloom ($300) 2x packs of Strangelove Coastal Tonic ($20) and 2x bottles of Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin ($158) with combined prize value of $478.
The winning entries will be judged on 1 May 2021 7 am AEST at the office of Fig & Bloom Pty (Fig & Bloom) Ltd, 128 Edgevale Road, Kew, Victoria, 3101.
How to enter
To enter this promotion, you must agree to the below Conditions of Entry with Fig & Bloom. During the Promotion Period entrants can enter the promotion by completing the entry form at:
1. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Who can enter?
2. Entry is open to Australian residents.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
4. The directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of both Fig & Bloom and ARD Operation Pty Limited(trading as Archie Rose Distilling Co.), their related entities, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
What are the conditions of entry?
5. Entries must be received by Fig & Bloom during the Promotion Period.
6. Entrants may enter this promotion only once. Any subsequent entry from an entrant will be deemed invalid.
7. Entrants may enter this promotion only in their own name. Entries with incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information will be deemed invalid.
8. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to join the Fig & Bloom mailing list and the Archie Rose mailing list.
9. Entrants acknowledge that the flower workshop will take place at the premises of Fig & Bloom which is 62-64 Australia Street, Camperdown, NSW, 2050. All prizes must be claimed in person on the worksop date and winners will be required to show identity documents which prove they are over 18 years of age.
10. The entrant must produce photo identification or other documents until Fig & Bloom or Archie Rose are satisfied of the entrant’s identity, age, residential address and eligibility to enter this promotion.
How will the prize be awarded?
11. Any entry and all intellectual property rights (including copyright) subsisting in any entry irrevocably becomes, at the time of submission, the property of Fig & Bloom.
12. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the entrant has read and understands Fig & Bloom’s & Archie Rose’s Privacy Policy.
13. The competition is a game of chance.
14. The winner will be selected by computer at random, utilizing a randomized algorithm.
15. The winner or winners will be announced via email and via Fig & Bloom’s Instagram account.
What are the conditions of being awarded a prize?
16. All prizes will only be awarded following verification of entrant eligibility.
17. Fig & Bloom and Archie Rose may forfeit the prize in respect of that:
a) no such response is received from the winner within 7 days of notification;
b) the winner refuses or is unable to accept the prize; or
c) there are eligibility or other verification issues relating to the winner.
8. The stated value of the prize comprises the Recommended Retail Price including GST. Fig & Bloom and Archie Rose accept no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The winner may not exchange, or take as cash, the prize or any portion of the prize.
19. The entrant agrees not to, in the event they are a winner, sell or exchange the prize or use the prize for commercial or promotional purposes.
20. Fig & Bloom and Archie Rose accept no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in the process of delivery or transit.
21. The entrant agrees that, in the event that they are a winner, the entrant will participate in all reasonable promotional activities relating to this promotion as requested by Fig & Bloom and Archie Rose. As part of these activities, the entrant consents to Fig & Bloom and Archie Rose using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice for promotional activities for an unlimited period of time without further notification or remuneration.
22. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Fig & Bloom and/or Archie Rose, Fig & Bloom and/or Archie Rose reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion and/or provide an alternative prize.
23. These Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Victoria. The entrant irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
