Do you have physical stores or are you just online?

Yes, Fig & Bloom have stores in Melbourne and Sydney. We also have a studio in Brisbane but this is not yet open to the public.

Can you deliver to other states in Australia?

Yes, we can deliver to all states in Australia. Your gift will be sent from one of our stores via StarTrack, next day delivery service.

What if my delivery address is outside of the hand delivery zone?

If you are wanting to send a gift outside of our hand-delivery zone we will send this via StarTrack, next day delivery service.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

No, we can only deliver within Australia.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes, we are most open most public holidays. The calendar on the checkout page will show you whether we are delivering on a specific holiday.

Which suburbs do you deliver to?

We deliver flowers to 1,000+ suburbs on a same day basis in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. See the full list of delivery suburbs.

What if nobody is home?

If nobody is home and we are able to leave the flowers in a safe location, this is what we will do. Our flowers are always wet-wrapped so they will last out of water for some time. However, some properties do not allow for the flowers to be left safely; apartments, for example. Also during hot weather or intense rain, we will not leave flowers at an address unless it is fully safe to do so.

In the event your flowers cannot be delivered, then they will be returned to our store. The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our studio (free of charge) or you we can re-deliver the flowers for you (there is a re-delivery charge involved based on the area). Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we do! Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 1 PM AEST. There is no extra charge for same day flower deliveries.

Can I order flowers in advance?

Yes, just select your desired delivery date during the checkout process. We’ll keep track of your flower order and will deliver on your selected date.

If I subscribe am I locked into a contract?

No, you are not locked in if you subscribe to Fig & Bloom. You can cancel or pause your subscription any time. Just give us 2 days notice.

What payments do you accept?

All major credit cards including American Express. If you require an invoice for tax purposes, we send this automatically with your Fig & Bloom order confirmation email.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery charge depends on the location you are sending to. We personally hand deliver all flowers direct to the recipient and prices start at $15.

We need the recipient’s address before we can quote your delivery fee. After you have entered the recipient’s address into the checkout you will see variations delivery options and prices prices which you can choose from, including our priority delivery service.
