Our top tips for the perfect Christmas centrepiece
Red and White
Red and white is a Christmas classic colour combo, which is why we just couldn’t resist creating table flowers in this dream pairing. Featuring Red Roses, White Roses, Christmas Bush, Hypericum and natural Cypress, you’ll make an instant, effortless statement with these blooms.
The vivid red and delicate white roses rest on a gorgeous bed of green native foliage. Hypericum berries bring contrast and a pop of colour. Known for their healing properties and associations with good health, Christmas is a wonderful time to include Hypericum in your displays. We’ve added a few sprigs of holiday greenery with Christmas Bush and natural Cypress, and voila! A festive masterpiece.
Red and Gold
Full of elegance and exuding luxury, adding gold is a no-brainer for a glamorous Christmas centrepiece. Our red and gold table flowers are sure to light up the whole room.
Gold-tinted Cypress is what brings the dazzle to this festive arrangement. With fern-like leaves, a Christmassy scent, and drippings of gold, this foliage is bursting with festive feels. Red Roses shine through this arrangement, bringing delicacy, and a quintessentially festive look with their beautiful ruby tones. Paired with other stunning festive flora, they immediately get you in that holiday mood. Pops of pink Alstroemeria, Hypericum berries, and Christmas bush complete this look, for ultimate Christmas charm.
White and Silver
While the sun is blazing outside, why not create a snowy scene indoors with our white and silver arrangement? This stylish centrepiece will transform your home into a winter wonderland. Snow-white Roses and Alstroemeria are the stars of this festive centrepiece. Alstroemeria is a superb cut flower, as it lasts for weeks in a vase, so you can enjoy them for the whole festive period. Finished with white Hypericum berries, mimicking mistletoe, and some gorgeous silver-tinted Cypress to give it an extra special festive look, this glistening bunch will look magical on your dining table.
Looking for a fresh alternative to the classic Christmas centrepiece? Our Australian Natives display will add a modern edge to your festive styling. Featuring King Protea, Geraldton Wax, Christmas Bush, Misty and Gum, you can enjoy the best of local, native flora this festive season.
While it uses our own homegrown blooms, this arrangement really does bring all the Christmas vibes. Immense and vivid with bold colours and commanding King Proteas, you’re sure to transform your table, and really make a statement. The perfect mixture of sugar, spice, and everything nice, these wildflowers and foliage are pros at spreading good vibes and festive cheer.
How do you make a simple Christmas centrepiece at home?
Work with the space you have
You don’t have to be an expert ‘tablescaper’ to craft your own centrepiece. But it is important to think about the space you’re working with. There’s nothing worse than a crowded Christmas table! Keep your decorations in proportion, and remember centrepieces shouldn’t be too tall, or they’ll obstruct your view! A long table runner is always a delight, or if you want to spruce things up, you could always suspend decorations above the table too.
Moveability is key
Every centrepiece needs to be transportable, just in case the table gets a little busy with food and drink. Our festive bouquets are easily moveable, so they can steal the show on the centre of the table, or shine from afar on the windowsill or kitchen top.
Simple yet effective
Alternatively, pop a few of your favourite stems in a napkin for the perfect place setting. Or make a posy party by splitting the stems across a few small vases. The options are endless!
Spruce up your festive dining table
No matter what stage you’re at with your festivities, we’re here to help. With a variety of styles and colours to choose from, our Christmas flowers might just be the most popular thing on the table (after the turkey, of course). Freshly cut and carefully arranged, our Christmas bouquets are guaranteed to leave you feeling all festive and fuzzy inside.
